Snapshots of Bandung.

I frequently visit Bandung, not only because it only takes me two to three hours drive from Jakarta but also I’ve become really smitten by Bandung’s atmosphere. Bandung has a lot of restaurants, coffee shop, and hang out places with a very “Bandung-like”atmosphere that can’t be find in Jakarta due to Jakarta’s polluted weather. In Bandung, some of my favorite places always have an open air area with a lot of greenery surrounding it, something I hardly ever find in Jakarta. Moreover, Bandung, dubbed as a creative city, is a home to many local concept stores in which you can buy local-made unique staff with a very affordable price. In short, being in Bandung just remind me how overpriced and overrated Jakarta is and how greedy Jakarta can be when it comes to making profit.
